The Executive Secretariat is in charge of executing the work plan directly or coordinating its compliance through the National Forums, working groups or through specific partners, as the case may be. The administration of financial resources and the relationship with GFRAS is the responsibility of the Secretariat. Steering Committee members are expected to assume responsibilities for representing the network in global or regional working groups, such as evaluation, gender, capacity development, among others.
