What is CAC-FRAS?
CAC-RES provides assistance and technical guidance in the field of rural advisory services in accordance with regional and national development priorities. CAC-FRAS serves as a platform for bringing together all groups of stakeholders (scientific, educational, farmers, politicians, etc.), coordinating activities and sharing knowledge between them, strengthening the role of RAS in the development and implementation of innovative agricultural systems, strengthening the institutional development and improvement of the legal framework (related to consulting services and agricultural innovations) on regional and national levels.
