CAС-FRAS seeks to support the consolidation of public and private knowledge systems in Central Asia and the Caucasus that contribute to sustainable development, as part of innovation systems. The network creates spaces for dialogue within countries, called national forums, that promote actions to optimize extension services through the formulation, collaboration and development of joint work plans among key actors in the system. Forums also share knowledge and collaborate with each other in knowledge management and collaboration processes.
