CAC-FRAS members can be individual members (natural persons) or institutional members (legal entities).

 

  Individual Members Members Institutions
Access to the registration form
Mechanism for the incorporation of new CAC-FRAS members
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Membership applications will be answered and confirmed by the Executive Secretary.
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Attach to the registration form, a scanned letter requesting membership to the Network (you can download a format here)
  • Attach to the registration form, the digital web version of your organization's logo, thus authorizing its publication in the "CAC-FRAS Members" section.
  • In the registration form, you must designate a delegate and provide the contact details of a person who will act as a link to the network.
Member Rights
  • Participate voluntarily and at your own expense in the activities carried out within the scope of the Network, such as annual meetings, workshops, thematic groups, national forums or any other activity that is defined in the annual action plans of the Network.
  • Access and use all the documentation, tools and services that are made available by the Network on its web portal.
  • Propose topics and activities of interest.
  • Appoint a representative to the Network.
  • Participate voluntarily and at your own expense in all activities carried out within the scope of the Network, such as annual meetings, workshops, thematic groups, national forums or any other activity that is defined in the annual action plans of the Network.
  • Aspire, through their representative, for a position on the Steering Committee.
  • Access and use all the documentation, tools and services that are made available by the Network on its web portal and social networks.
  • Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the Network in your country and/or region.
  • Propose topics and activities of interest to your institutions, country and/or region.
Member Obligations
  • Collaborate with the search for financial support from donor and financing entities to carry out CAC-FRAS activities.
  • Facilitate, within its possibilities, information and documentation that are required for the implementation of the activities of the Network.
  • Provide, within its possibilities, the facilities, technical-administrative services and any other logistical support that is needed to carry out the activities of the Network.
  • Actively promote CAC-FRAS and support the articulation of the Network and its members with other actors that make up technical assistance and rural extension services at the national, regional, and hemispheric levels.
  • Integrate, in case of being elected, the Steering Committee in the terms established in Articles 13, 14 and 15 of this statute.
  • Collaborate with the search for financial support from donor and financing entities to carry out CAC-FRAS activities.
  • Facilitate, within its possibilities, information and documentation that are required for the implementation of the activities of the Network.
  • Provide, within its possibilities, the facilities, technical-administrative services and any other logistical support that is needed, in the respective country, for the realization of Network activities.
  • Actively promote CAC-FRAS and support the articulation of the Network and its members with other actors that make up technical assistance and rural extension services at the national, regional, and hemispheric levels.
